Crispy, crunchy Kale can taste oh-so yummy when it's sweetened up with lime! Maybe you'll even get the kiddos to try it! Well... maybe? :)

Today we're talking crispy, crunchy KALE! Especially for the kids, sometimes you've gotta' make the veggies FUN before the wee ones will enjoy them. But boy if you can get them to chomp away, the health benefits of Kale are well worth it!
"Kale's not too difficult to grow in your own backyard," says local Jaynee Bontomase. "I tried it for the first time this year at our camp here at Streamside near Altmar and so far so good! I do have Mr. Peter Rabbit though who seems to enjoy the kale just as much as we do lol!"
